Our Staff

John Ozturk established Orbit Cleaning Services in 1989 to provide high quality cleaning services to commercial and industrial facilities whose owners understand that effective cleaning is an investment, not an expense.

Orbit Professional Cleaning Services reflects his belief that high standards of cleanliness are best maintained by well-trained staff with clear systems and processes to follow, and a commitment to excellence. Orbit’s Staff and Training Policies reflect that belief.

Many of our staff have been with us for years (some as long as 15 years!), and we only employ professional cleaners. People are always moving on as their personal lives take them in different directions, but on average, our crew members stay with us for 6 or 7 years, which is quite an achievement in the industry.

Meet the Team

Orbit Cleaning Services Australia provides staff with opportunities for promotion (our Supervisors and Operations Managers were all promoted from within the ranks) because we believe that the best way of attracting and keeping quality staff is to ensure that there is a career path. We also invest heavily in training our staff, both at the outset and on an ongoing fashion, we know that our supervisors and managers understand our expectations for every job.

    With over two decades of experience in hygiene and sanitation, John is a respected leader in Australia’s food manufacturing cleaning industry. Known for his integrity, reliability, and commitment to client success, he has built strong, long-term partnerships by understanding each client’s unique operational needs and delivering tailored cleaning solutions that support compliance, productivity, and brand protection.
    A hands-on leader, John is passionate about developing people and driving service excellence. He believes great businesses are built on great teams and focuses on recruitment, training, and continuous improvement to ensure every Orbit Cleaning team member upholds the company’s values of quality, accountability, and professionalism.
    Under his leadership, Orbit Cleaning has become a nationally recognised brand known for its HACCP-aligned cleaning programs, innovative solutions, and unwavering commitment to safety and compliance in Australia’s most demanding food production environments.

      Marsha Kane

      Finance & Administration

      Marsha’s career in finance and administration which includes experience at USAFE (United States Air Forces in Europe), the Corporate Affairs Department of The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and leading administrative teams both in Australia and overseas adds immensely to the team at Orbit Cleaning and ensures that our process manuals and other administrative and financial aspects are always up-to-date and effective.

        Alex is an MBA graduate (2017) with a degree in Accounting and Business Management. With a strong foundation in strategy, leadership, and financial oversight, he focuses on driving sustainable business growth and improving operational performance.
        Known for building collaborative teams and fostering a positive company culture, Alex believes that strong internal alignment leads to exceptional customer service. His passion lies in helping businesses reach their full potential by aligning people, processes, and purpose.

          National Operations Manager

          Johnno has over 20 years’ experience in Hygiene Solutions. He builds exceptional relationships with clients by focusing on their needs and delivering on their expectations. He also builds service excellence teams by focusing on individual development as well as team culture. He takes a hands-on approach to recruitment, training, and ongoing development.

            Freddy Meuspaque

            Freddy is a strategic business leader with deep expertise in the commercial cleaning industry. He built a successful cleaning business from the ground up, reaching $13 million in annual turnover within seven years, servicing industrial, education, and retail sectors.
            Driven by innovation and sustainability, Freddy has introduced new technologies and eco-friendly solutions to boost efficiency and team wellbeing. His hands-on experience spans all business functions, including compliance, finance, HR, and WHS.
            He now seeks to bring his skills to a forward-thinking organisation focused on sustainable growth and operational excellence.

              Ongoing Training

              With every promotion and added responsibility staff are provided with all the resources needed to complete the job with excellence. From new machinery, and processes, to management training, and other development programs, we ensure that our staff have confidence in their ability to complete the work.

              On-Site Training

              Every site has its own particular variations on the process. The site systems and checklists ensure that tasks and processes are clearly spelled out, but we don’t stop there. At every new site there will be anything from 3-days to 2-weeks of supervision and training to ensure that everything is being done according to the requirements.

              Orientation

              New staff members are taken through a detailed in-office training program which covers our:
